Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS) | TikTok

This role contributes to the TikTok LIVE team’s mission to bring communities together in real time, creating meaningful and interactive connections globally. • Mission: Assist the TikTok LIVE Operations team in fostering creator growth, managing agency partnerships, and executing business initiatives.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist with onboarding and document verification processes for new potential agency partners.
• Manage: Maintain lead tracking and databases throughout the agency development funnel.
• Coordinate: Facilitate communication with potential new agency leads.
• Execute: Support the execution of TikTok LIVE’s agency growth strategy, including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
• Operate: Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives.
• Campaign: Support internal teams and agency partners with the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree; demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming).
• Experience: Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders; proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems; team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly accountable.
• Bonus: Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture; creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset; familiarity with live streaming platforms and trends.
