What You’ll Actually Do
• Seller Management: Support the onboarding and ongoing management of sellers and creators, including tracking their performance metrics like GMV, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Category Growth: Assist in the growth of specific product categories by identifying key products, tracking new releases, and supporting the overall supply strategy.
• Data Analysis: Analyze relevant data and build comprehensive reports to uncover growth opportunities and contribute to improving seller performance.
• Campaign Execution: Support various live stream operations and the execution of e-commerce campaigns, including auctions, product drops, and special events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience: Not specified, but prior e-Commerce experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills, proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Bonus: Data driven and sensitive to data insight.
