What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Management: Work as a Campaign Executive with relevant stakeholders to ensure campaigns run smoothly, including promotion setting, seller registration, and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor real-time campaign and project performance, tracking post-campaign performance evaluation.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring and decision-making.
• Reporting: Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide support for any other general ad-hoc duties as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience: Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy. Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation, experience in process optimization and scaling efficiency initiatives, and experience managing or working within cross-functional teams.
• Skills: Data-driven analytical thinking with experience using data and metrics to drive decisions, and expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Bonus: Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organizations is preferred.
