• Pay: $70000–$80000 yearly
• Mission: To ensure the successful execution of construction projects by meticulously planning work, managing critical documentation, coordinating resources and subcontractors, conducting quality checks, and fostering collaborative problem-solving while building strong professional relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Control: Efficiently manage all critical project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Project Coordination: Provide daily assistance and comprehensive support to the project team, ensuring smooth project flow, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Material Procurement: Strategically procure necessary construction materials, overseeing the entire process from supplier selection to timely delivery on site.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality control and assurance checks, implementing standards to uphold the highest level of project integrity and specifications.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Orchestrate and manage the activities of subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns seamlessly with project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, which provides a strong educational foundation suitable for an early career professional within the building division.
• Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in project engineering or a related construction management role is required, demonstrating initial exposure to complex project environments.
• Skills: Demonstrated abilities include meticulous document control, strategic procurement of construction materials, rigorous quality control and assurance, efficient coordination of subcontractors, and foundational project estimating abilities. Further important skills encompass safety management, construction equipment oversight, and project layout support.
• Bonus: Previous experience gained through internships, co-op programs, or prior employment in the construction industry is highly valued and can contribute significantly to success in this role.
