What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Delivery: Manage the overall delivery of programs and projects to achieve specified business outcomes, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
• Project Scoping & Monitoring: Define project scope clearly, monitor the execution of deliverables continuously, and ensure projects stay on track towards successful completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Actively communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, resolve issues, and ensure successful outcomes are clearly understood.
• Strategic Leadership & Problem Solving: Lead strategic planning and execution, ensuring program objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints, and provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple teams and business areas.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Mentorship: Facilitate collaboration among diverse cross-functional teams to drive project alignment, resolve conflicts effectively, and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 15 years of full-time education with deep subject matter expertise in Program Project Management, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Experience: Minimum 18 years of experience in Program Project Management, demonstrating the capability to influence and provide advisory guidance.
• Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management; strong capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management; extensive experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution; ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; skilled in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project delivery; competence in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report status.
