• Mission: Manages and leads multifunctional teams to achieve operational and financial results aligned with organizational and client objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead large NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, establishing project schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements from initiation through transfer.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with agreed customer targets for quality, testing, materials, and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, customer requirements, specifications, and budget constraints to external customers, upper management, engineers, and consultants.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project profitability, customer satisfaction, and develop status reports, including project financials, to ensure cost control and meet customer requirements.
• Problem Resolution: Assess the causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project teams to effectively resolve issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field, with experience in a Program Manager position.
• Experience: Solid experience in P&L, WIF, FOL, QvA, and Quotes, along with solid knowledge of NPI and experience managing demanding clients.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PP), excellent organizational and negotiation abilities, and knowledge of technical manufacturing processes.
• Bonus: A Diploma or Certification in Program Manager, and a valid passport and visa are considered a plus.
