U.S. Private Bank – Program Analyst | JPMorganChase

The Tone:
This is an early career role as a Program Banker Analyst within J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank. JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, delivers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and prominent corporate clients globally. This role is crucial for providing a first-class client experience, working as part of an integrated team to attract new clients and serve existing ones. Successful Analysts have the opportunity to progress to an Associate position within the firm after the two-year program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategize: Help devise customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare: Prepare pitch books and meeting materials for client engagements.
• Analyze: Collaborate with integrated team members to analyze balance sheets and understand client investment objectives to produce customized recommendations.
• Expert: Become an expert in a range of proprietary models to provide recommendations on tailored solutions.
• Research: Conduct research and analysis, assisting with product development and prospecting efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree. Early career level with no more than two years of work experience following completion of an undergraduate program.
• Experience: Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management.
• Skills: Ability to conduct research and analysis, capacity to analyze balance sheets and understand investment objectives, and adeptness at managing client inquiries.
• Bonus: Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills; excellent communication skills with poise in presentations; genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends; ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative resources to understand complex financial situations and present solutions.
