• Team: Revenue Team
• Mission: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of revenue and billing processes by assisting the Revenue team with financial entries, reporting, and reconciliations to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Tech Stack: Excel, PeopleSoft
What You’ll Actually Do
• Process accrual and invoice entries, coordinating with business teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and update comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, primarily utilizing Excel spreadsheets.
• Conduct variance analysis and perform account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity and accuracy.
• Respond to and support internal and external audit requests and inquiries.
• Execute manual accounting and financial transaction processing in accordance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Requires three or more years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for a focus on revenue operations.
• Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including the ability to utilize Pivot tables and multiple formulas; demonstrated good communication skills essential for a fully remote team environment.
• Bonus: Previous experience with PeopleSoft or a strong willingness to learn the system is preferred.
