What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Processing: Process accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare comprehensive financial statements.
• Internal Customer Support: Provide customer service support to Business Office Coordinators.
• Cross-functional Assistance: Offer support to the Senior Accountant and Controller on financial matters.
• Values Integration: Incorporate Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Three years of related experience in a similar accounting role.
• Skills: Working knowledge of accounting best practices; ability to work independently and as part of a team; good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience in senior living or health care, compassionate and patient demeanor.
