What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting: Support financial budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities for business leaders.
• Reporting: Assist with accounting processes and financial reporting to ensure accurate data dissemination.
• Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify key trends and provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Presentations: Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and presentations for various finance and business stakeholders.
• Improvement: Contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement and finance transformation projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field; suitable for recent graduates completing their degree in 2026 or by May 2027.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required, given the program’s focus on recent graduates; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
