What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including wearing required safety equipment.
• Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet and exceed established safety, production, and quality goals.
• Operation: Operate paper machinery equipment according to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Maintenance: Perform regular housekeeping duties and operate a forklift to recycle waste materials from the paper machines.
• Support: Assist with troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions, making necessary machine adjustments, and performing equipment changeovers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career level with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience using a computer, tablet, or smart phone.
• Skills: Adherence to safety protocols, teamwork and collaboration, equipment operation (paper machinery, forklift), basic troubleshooting.
• Bonus: One year of experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment; a two-year technical degree or higher; mechanical experience; or prior forklift experience.
