What You’ll Actually Do
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production manpower schedules based on plans, priorities, and staffing availability.
• Manpower Coordination: Coordinate and manage overall manpower planning to ensure adequate labor coverage across all shifts and production lines.
• Operational Alignment: Work with production supervisors and managers to align manpower allocation with output requirements, capacity, and operational needs.
• Schedule Adjustment: Monitor attendance, shift coverage, and overtime, adjusting schedules as needed to minimize operational disruptions.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze manpower utilization, labor efficiency, and staffing gaps, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or a related field, focusing on production planning and workforce management.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in production planning, manpower scheduling, workforce planning, or manufacturing operations, including experience coordinating manpower allocation in a manufacturing setting.
• Skills:
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities for workforce deployment.
• Analytical skills to evaluate manpower utilization and identify efficiency gaps.
• Effective coordination and communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for scheduling and reporting.
• Bonus:
• Experience in high-volume or labor-intensive manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of labor productivity measurement, workforce optimization, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills or experience with digital planning and scheduling tools.
