The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Design: Assist the project lead in designing and optimizing advertising products, focusing on new product design, experience optimization, and data analysis to enhance advertiser experience on the platform.
• Performance Analysis: Develop an understanding of advertiser optimization habits and advertising delivery mechanisms, then analyze key factors that impact campaign performance.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness through data analysis and user research.
• Lifecycle Management: Help manage the product lifecycle by collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all product phases.
• System Enhancement: Gather requirements and oversee product development, go-to-market, and ongoing improvements to enhance system efficiency and customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities with the ability to break down and solve complex problems; excellent organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible with the capacity to drive projects independently.
• Bonus: Academic background in computer science or related fields with technical experience or project work; available to work 5 days a week for 3 months or longer.
