Jobright.ai builds a personal AI job search agent that transforms the job search process into a fast, expert-guided journey. This Product Manager role is crucial for building and scaling business-facing AI agents, overseeing their entire lifecycle from prototype to production. You will have high ownership and impact, shaping how people experience AI-driven job search at the intersection of AI, agents, and product.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific AI agent features, from initial ideation and requirement gathering to launch and iteration.
• Product Backlog Management: Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product metrics to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Product Definition: Create detailed wireframes, user stories, and product requirement documents (PRDs) that bridge the gap between user needs and technical execution.
• User Validation: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate that our AI agents are solving real-world career challenges effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience; must live in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Skills: Strong understanding of how Large Language Models and autonomous agents function, exceptional communication skills to articulate ‘the why’ behind product decisions, and high levels of dependability and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Previous internship experience in product management, project management, or a startup environment; experience with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma or Balsamiq) and agile project management software (such as Jira or Linear); demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
