What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Ownership: Take full and end-to-end ownership of specific AI agent features, overseeing their entire lifecycle from initial scoping and ideation through to launch, continuous monitoring, and subsequent iteration based on performance.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Methodically analyze user feedback, track competitive signals within the market, and interpret product data to strategically prioritize which features and enhancements to build next for the AI agents.
• Specification & Design: Produce comprehensive and clear wireframes, detailed user stories, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that effectively translate identified real user needs into concrete, actionable engineering work for development teams.
• User Validation: Actively run user research studies and conduct usability tests to rigorously confirm that the developed AI agents are effectively and meaningfully solving specific career challenges for users as intended.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or an early-career professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience. Candidates are expected to possess an academic background in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a closely related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience, with authorization to work in the United States. Required is a genuine enthusiasm for AI technology and a foundational working understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents operate in practice.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills, enabling the clear articulation of product decisions and the underlying reasoning to both highly technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders. Must be highly organized, dependable, and capable of effectively managing multiple workstreams simultaneously within a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a product management, project coordination, or startup role, including internships, is preferred. Hands-on exposure to prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq, and project management tools like Jira or Linear. A proven track record of successfully transforming vague or ambiguous problems into structured, well-defined, and actionable plans.
