Consumer Communications Specialist | Prestige Consumer Healthcare

This role is crucial for maintaining brand reputation and consumer trust by serving as a product expert and the primary point of contact for product inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Serve as the primary product expert for company products, responding to all inquiries and complaints from consumers and medical professionals.
• Provide outstanding service and engage professionally with all contacts, acting as a Brand Advocate for company products.
• Accurately enter all case data into the relevant database, maintaining high quality standards for data entry and coding while following Good Documentation Practices.
• Liaise with medical professionals and consumers regarding product inquiries and complaints for all C.B. Fleet Company, Inc. and Prestige Brand drug, device, and dietary supplement products.
• Effectively multi-task by listening to consumers and electronically capturing their comments simultaneously to identify needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide timely solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Knowledge gained through a degree, preferably in a health, science, communication, or marketing discipline.
• Experience: 5 years of working experience.
• Skills:
• Excellent language and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task effectively while handling consumer contacts.
• Proficiency in maintaining high quality standards for data entry and database coding.
• Adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
• Strong ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Bonus: Customer Service experience.
