Product Analyst | Clinical Architecture

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Clinical Architecture, located in Carmel, IN. Clinical Architecture is at the forefront of healthcare IT innovation, building world-class solutions that address complex problems within the industry. This role is crucial for supporting the Directors of Product Management, enabling the definition of requirements and development of user stories for new products. It provides hands-on experience in product development, Agile workflows, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Requirements: Collaborate with Directors of Product Management to develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Craft User Stories: Assist in translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Validation: Participate in product validation, testing support, or user acceptance activities.
• Engage in Agile: Participate in Agile processes such as backlog refinement, sprint review, release planning, and daily standups.
• Monitor Progress: Assess the impact of changes on upcoming projects, identify risks, and contribute to the product roadmap.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience working in the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication, critical thinking and analytical abilities, highly organized and motivated.
• Bonus: Exposure to tools such as Jira Atlassian or Confluence; 1 to 2 years in a Product Analyst or similar role; familiarity with healthcare or Project Management methodology.
