The Tone:
This is an on-site retail support role for a Produce Associate, located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This position is central to delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers by ensuring the produce department consistently offers fresh, well-stocked, and attractively displayed items. By actively assisting customers with their selections and upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization, this role directly contributes to the store’s reputation for quality, service, and a pleasant shopping atmosphere within the community. What You’ll Actually Do
• Stocking and Replenishment: Efficiently and accurately stock and replenish all produce items to ensure continuous availability for customers throughout the day.
• Display Maintenance: Guarantee that all produce displays are consistently attractive and meticulously well-maintained, effectively reflecting the quality and freshness of our products.
• Customer Assistance: Proactively assist customers with their product selection and inquiries, providing knowledgeable and friendly service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Uphold stringent food safety and sanitation standards meticulously to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both customers and store staff members.
• Equipment Operation Safety: Operate all department equipment safely and strictly adhere to all established safety procedures and protocols to prevent potential accidents and injuries.
