Compensation

This position offers a progressive pay scale ranging from $15.00 to $18.00/hour, based on your experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the freshest produce and provide knowledgeable answers to product questions.
• Ensure produce displays are consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked to create an appealing shopping experience.
• Receive and properly store incoming produce shipments, adhering to all handling guidelines.
• Maintain the highest safety and sanitation standards throughout the produce area.
• Proactively monitor product freshness and rotate stock accordingly to minimize waste and ensure quality.
