What You’ll Actually Do
• Agreement Review: Review incoming supplier agreements and meticulously capture essential terms, deadlines, penalties, and risk-related provisions using internal tracking tools.
• Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry and maintain organized, accurate spreadsheet records to support all purchasing and contract activities.
• Tool Utilization: Upload contracts into AI-enabled tools, assess the extracted details, and confirm accuracy through careful human review.
• Issue Identification: Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential issues within agreements and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Administrative Coordination: Support day-to-day back-office purchasing coordination by maintaining documentation and helping manage contract-related administrative tasks across multiple operational areas.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position suitable for candidates looking to start their career in purchasing support, procurement coordination, contract review, or a related administrative function.
• Experience: Prior experience in a related administrative function or support role involving document review and data management.
• Skills: Strong written English skills for careful interpretation of business documents, proficiency with data entry and spreadsheet management (including common Excel formulas), ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment while managing multiple contracts and deadlines, sharp attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
