This role is crucial for ensuring the Integrated Customer Service team successfully delivers program outcomes by accurately processing energy rebates.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Perform data entry and validation for energy rebate requests.
• Maintain: Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including production standards of 90% or greater and an accuracy rating of 99%.
• Improve: Contribute to process improvements within a team-based environment.
• Adhere: Follow outlined standard operating procedures to ensure success and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Develop: Acquire new skills for new programs and tasks to meet utilization goals set by your Supervisor.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Core domain knowledge in accurate data processing and validation.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry is a plus; flexibility with schedule, including potential split shifts, evenings, and/or Saturdays during increased volume, is required.
• Skills: Resourceful and inquisitive, strong organizational skills, ability to work in a dedicated home office space free of personal disruptions, and a home internet connection with 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download / 99% latency with hardwired capability.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft office applications.
