This role is crucial for identifying new investment prospects, contributing to the firm’s mission of transforming lives and industries by partnering with innovative founders and management teams. Interns will gain foundational knowledge of private equity business analysis and various business models.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Assist the team by conducting thorough industry and target company research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Outreach: Participate actively in direct outreach efforts to target companies, initiating initial contact and engagement.
• Analysis: Shadow important calls with target company management and contribute to the analysis of company performance and potential.
• Operations: Provide support and observe the day-to-day operations of the Business Development team, gaining insight into daily workflows.
• Data Management: Utilize proprietary systems to assist with data uploading and ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of information.
• Support: Provide assistance to current team members with various responsibilities, as assigned, contributing to overall team objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a current Junior-level student from any academic major, with the understanding that they will be a rising Senior during Summer 2026.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is outlined, but candidates should possess a high intellectual curiosity and a self-starter mentality.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong people skills, along with exemplary verbal and written communication and relationship-building abilities, showcasing an ambitious, team-oriented, and positive entrepreneurial spirit.
