Principal Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A | Marvell Technology

What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Act as a key stakeholder in the annual operating plan and long-range planning process across all business units.
• Forecasting: Drive monthly and quarterly rolling forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and business alignment with enterprise projections.
• Reporting: Prepare and present quarterly earnings packages and board materials, translating complex financial data into clear narratives for executive leadership.
• Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models that support scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and risk assessment to provide data-driven insights.
• Improvement: Champion automation and standardization initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve analytical capacity within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: 10+ years of related professional experience, specifically 8-10 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Unit Finance within a high-growth technology company.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with various organizations at all levels.
• Bonus: Semiconductor industry experience preferred, along with experience using Oracle, OneStream, or BI tools.
