This position focuses on providing support within a pharmacy setting while adhering to strict confidentiality and legal guidelines. You will be responsible for assisting with prescriptions, customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. What you’ll do:
• Ensures confidentiality: Protects sensitive information according to company policies and legal requirements.
• Provides Pharmacy Products and Services: Assists with processing prescriptions (OTC orders), stocking supplies, entering information, filling prescriptions, and maintaining documentation while adhering to local, state, and federal laws, and company policies.
• Provides Customer Service: Acknowledges customers, identifies needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues, and promotes products and services in a safe shopping environment.
• Operates Equipment: Uses cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases with various payment methods.
• Receives and Stocks Merchandise: Organizes and maintains the pharmacy area by following company procedures, utilizing equipment, merchandising, completing paperwork, and maintaining logs.
• Maintains the Pharmacy Area: Handles claims and returns, zones the area, arranges merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, and ensures a safe workspace.
• Maintains Merchandise Presentation: Stocks and rotates merchandise, removes damaged goods, sets up displays, prices merchandise, and secures fragile items.

Compensation:
• Hourly wage range: $18.00-$28.00 (the actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
Minimum Qualifications:
• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
