What You’ll Actually Do
• Confidentiality: Ensures confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records in adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Pharmacy Services: Assists with providing pharmacy products and services, including processing prescriptions, stocking supplies, and entering prescription information.
• Member Service: Provides excellent member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing, resolving issues, and promoting products in a safe environment.
• Transaction Processing: Operates cash registers and related tools to accurately process member purchases using appropriate payment procedures.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies, maintains the pharmacy area, and ensures proper product presentation.
