Job Description:
This position is for a pharmacist-in-training at Swedish First Hill. As an intern, you will perform all duties of a pharmacist under the direction and supervision of a pharmacy preceptor, except the final check of medications. Your responsibilities (in conjunction with a pharmacy preceptor) include:
• Helping to assure that patients receive safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy.
• Providing clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
