What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care Delivery: Actively deliver comprehensive patient care services, building meaningful relationships with patients and knowing them by name. This involves practicing in a progressive setting where direct impact on patient well-being is paramount.
• Team Leadership: Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns, fostering a committed team environment focused on direct patient care and wellness services.
• Operational Excellence: Champion and ensure operational excellence within the pharmacy, ensuring a safe and compliant environment that aligns with company standards.
• Medication Management: Play a valuable role in disease state management and optimize medication therapy. This includes assisting patients in managing both acute and chronic conditions through expert guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D, or an equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification is required. This position is suitable for a professional-level Pharmacist committed to progressive patient care.
• Experience: Candidates must possess an active pharmacy license in all states of practice, ensuring all held licenses are in good standing. Certification as an Immunizer is also a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Skills: Essential skills include the ability to actively deliver patient care services, supervise pharmacy staff effectively, ensure operational compliance, manage disease states, and optimize medication therapy for diverse patient needs.
