What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term relationships with clients.
• Problem Solving: Solve existing pest and rodent problems through effective treatment methods.
• Prevention: Recommend corrective actions and preventative measures to avert future pest issues.
• Community Protection: Protect homes and businesses by helping people in your community solve their pest challenges.
• Independent Work: Work independently, making a direct impact on clients’ well-being.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 21 years old or older; High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience needed, as comprehensive hands-on training is provided for all hires for long-term career development.
• Skills: Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record; reliable transportation to and from work; comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions; comfort with using computers, smartphones, and other technology.
