Job Description
About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.
Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.

- Analyze employee communication metadata, sentiment signals, and survey data to detect and surface early-warning indicators of potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Translate complex business questions into clear, testable hypotheses and apply rigorous research methods to validate findings and ensure accuracy.
- Partner closely with People Team stakeholders to present clear, defensible, and actionable insights that drive strategic outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of documentation, methodological rigor, and data integrity, especially when handling sensitive employee information.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong foundation in statistical modelling and research methods.
- Demonstrable experience with experimental design, hypothesis testing, and applied AI techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, R, or similar statistical analysis tools.
- The ability to effectively clean, structure, and analyze complex datasets, including survey and behavioral data.
- Demonstrated capability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
- Unwavering high discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee data.
Preferred Requirements
Candidates with the following qualifications will be highly regarded:
- An academic background in Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Psychology, Talent Management, Business Intelligence, or other related fields.
- Exposure to People Analytics methodologies and frameworks.
- Prior experience analyzing employee lifecycle, engagement, or performance data.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) systems.
