HRIS Intern | Origence

The Tone:
This is an onsite internship at Origence, located in Ontario, CA. Origence is dedicated to bringing new life to the loan origination experience, building solutions that deliver a better experience for borrowers and greater productivity for lending teams. • Mission: To support HRIS operations and reporting while contributing to the innovation of HR technology through analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Tech Stack: Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Support HRIS operations.
• Reporting: Assist with HRIS reporting efforts.
• Analytics: Build Power BI dashboards and HR analytics.
• Innovation: Contribute to AI or automation HR projects, such as chatbots or lifecycle analytics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Science, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: Must be a current student available to work a consistent schedule of 20-29 hours/week during 8am-5pm PDT, and able to come onsite to Ontario, CA.
• Skills: Excellent written and communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Savviness to learn new processes quickly.
