What You’ll Actually Do
• Digitize: Scan, organize, and convert paper HR documents into digital formats.
• Organize: Help ensure all electronic files are accurately labeled, stored, and systematically organized.
• Support: Provide assistance with light administrative tasks for the People & Culture team as needed.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to proper confidentiality protocols.
• Learn: Gain practical experience and understand the foundational aspects of HR systems and processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student interested in Human Resources or organizational processes.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required; willingness to learn and apply core HR functions.
• Skills:
