Key Responsibilities
- Receive extensive sales training, covering crucial areas such as pre-call planning, detailed sales analysis, and professional presentation preparation.
- Prospect potential new clients during dedicated weekly prospecting sessions.
- Manage inbound phone calls from companies interested in the Paycom solution, providing initial information and qualification.
- Create accurate quotes for qualified leads using our internal database system.
- Collaborate effectively with your office sales manager, intern program manager, and the broader sales team to observe and understand the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Accurately track and document all prospecting activities, leads, meetings, and daily tasks.
- Participate in weekly professional development and specialized sales training sessions.
Travel Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required for travel to the local Paycom sales office and surrounding areas for in-person sales meetings.
