Pathways Internship Program

The Pathways internship program at Moët Hennessy USA is designed to cultivate a diverse pipeline of future leaders. This program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Moët Hennessy’s legacy and redefining the luxury of the future.

As an intern, you will:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Moët Hennessy USA’s various business groups and supporting components.
• Participate in a 12-week summer internship program (dates pending).
• Gain hands-on experience through project-based assignments and direct interaction with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship from Moët Hennessy USA leaders.
• Network with team members across the company.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategic business initiatives.
• Contribute to new brand marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and commercial organization support.
• Gain professional experience applicable to your future career path.

Job Responsibilities:

Immerse yourself in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and critical thinking are essential.
Gain industry experience working across various categories of the Moët Hennessy USA portfolio.
Employ a solution-centric approach to problem-solving in partnership with team members.
Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Commercial, etc.).
Gain exposure to current trends in Wine & Spirits and understand the competitive landscape.
Lead an individual, business-focused project, including research, idea proposal, solution development, and presentation to senior leadership.
Participate in an inclusion-focused project with an Employee Resource Group.
Benefit from cross-functional training and networking opportunities.

Who You Are:

Demonstrate a strong curiosity about business and organizational goals.
Have a desire to learn industry standard processes and grow within an enterprise organization.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Represent Moët Hennessy’s core values.
Have 1 year of internship experience in a corporate setting (a plus).

Education and Criteria:

Rising senior (expected graduation between December 2025 – May 2026) currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study.
Member of a historically underrepresented demographic.
Interested in pursuing a career in Marketing or Sales.
Able and willing to work at the assigned work location (relocation assistance will not be provided).
Available to work full-time for the duration of the 12-week program (May – August 2025).
Must be 21 or older at the time of the internship.
Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.
