What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Experience: Deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and fosters customer loyalty.
• Transaction Processing: Process a variety of customer interactions efficiently and accurately within established limits.
• Financial Guidance: Educate customers on alternatives for their financial interactions and options for managing transactions using available technology.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Problem Resolution: Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role, suitable for candidates without prior experience or a university degree. A comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered.
• Experience: Prior experience is not required for this position.
