What does the part-time position involve?

As a Part-Time Sales Representative, your basic responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to explain our American-made Cutco products.
• Placing orders for customers.

Our Cutco product line primarily focuses on high-quality kitchen tools, with some gardening tools also available, designed for use in the home.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Great Starting Base Pay: You will receive a base pay of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), paid weekly.
• Commission Structure: In addition to the base pay, a commission structure is set up based on performance, offering the opportunity to earn more.
• Income Security: There’s a fallback mechanism to ensure sales reps make an income even during an “off week,” providing financial stability.

Experience & Training:

• No Previous Experience Needed: We welcome applicants without prior sales experience.
• Comprehensive Training: We provide all the necessary tools and training to ensure your success. Our training programs have been developed and refined over 40 years.

• Able to start work within the next 7-10 days.
