Part-Time Operations Intern | Sierra Madre Golf
The Tone:
This is an internship at Sierra Madre Golf, located in Austin, TX. Sierra Madre Golf is a recreational women’s apparel brand that launched in 2022 and has quickly gained recognition for its thoughtfully designed, technical, and easy-to-wear products. As a small, growing company, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real operational experience and contribute meaningfully to the brand’s success. Every team member plays a vital role in ensuring women feel confident and effortlessly cool in Sierra Madre apparel.
The TL;DR

• Type: Part-time (8–15 hrs/week)
• Location: In-person, Austin, TX
• Pay: $16 hourly
• Team: Works closely with the Co-Founder & CEO
• Mission: To ensure efficient and precise operational execution for customer orders, inventory, and brand activations.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Support the day-to-day operational functions across the entire business.
• Warehouse Management: Maintain organized warehouse operations and inventory systems to ensure efficiency.
• Order Fulfillment: Fulfill customer orders with precision and care, ensuring timely and accurate shipment to customers.
• Inventory Control: Assist with crucial inventory tracking, restocking efforts, and quality control measures.
• Event Preparation: Prepare necessary materials and inventory for upcoming product launches and brand activations, assisting with local brand events, pop-ups, and photoshoots as required.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Knowledge of operational processes within a consumer brand context.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work independently on operational tasks.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professional conduct, proactive approach, and proven dependability.
• Bonus: A current student or recent graduate; an interest in fashion, golf, or startups; and comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment.
