Paralegal Intern- Fall 2026 | Grow Financial Federal Credit Union
The Tone:
This is a Paralegal Internship at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, offering a fully remote role with an option to work from headquarters or retail locations. The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (not exceeding 29 hours/week)
• Location: Remote (with option for HQ or retail locations)
• Pay: $20 hourly
• Team: Legal Department, under the general supervision of a Corporate Paralegal
• Mission: Provide support to the Legal Department on routine legal matters, assisting with contract review, data entry, and confidential tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), Windows, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx
What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide essential support to the Legal Department on a variety of routine legal matters.
• Review contracts to extract term dates and other relevant provisions.
• Perform complete data entry for all extracted contract information.
• Prioritize work and perform duties with a high level of initiative and discretion under general objectives.
• Handle confidential information and tasks within the Legal Department.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be currently enrolled as a student from an accredited college or university, specifically at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and Windows.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Critical thinking skills and the ability to recognize opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations.
