The TL;DR

• Pay: $24–$51 hourly
• Team: Supports attorneys directly, working within a firm that includes an intake team, a billing specialist, and discovery attorneys.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Engagement: Actively engage and provide comprehensive support for attorneys throughout various stages of family law litigation.
• Systematic Organization: Implement and maintain highly organized systems for all case documents, client files, and firm resources.
• Calendaring Mastery: Expertly manage and oversee all attorney calendars, deadlines, and court appearances, including scheduling and tracking critical dates.
• Attorney Partnership: Serve as a proactive and reliable right hand to attorneys, anticipating their needs and providing essential administrative and paralegal support.
• Chaos Management: Act as a steadying presence within the firm, bringing calm and structure to complex or high-pressure situations by handling tasks efficiently.
