Job Description: Paid Internship – Rising Seniors
This internship offers a launchpad into the early-stage tech world, providing hands-on experience within a fast-growing insurtech startup. Interns will work closely with the People (HR) team, contributing directly to company growth and culture. The role includes opportunities to collaborate on special projects led by the Chief of Staff and Director of Partnerships. The internship is paid and based in the Midtown NYC office, starting at the beginning of summer on an agreed-upon date.
Key Responsibilities:
• People Team:
• Drive recruitment and hiring efforts.
• Participate in daily HR functions and long-term strategic projects.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Create comprehensive talent and HR documentation.
• Partnerships:
• Assist in building the top of the funnel for partnerships.
• Contribute to partnerships marketing efforts.
• Special Projects:
• Assist the Chief of Staff on various initiatives, including (but not limited to) accounting/finance, go-to-market strategy, product development, data analysis, etc.
