    • Base Salary: $51,000 to provide stability as you grow.
    • Uncapped Commissions: Earn residual commissions on your sales, offering unlimited earning potential.
    • Year 1 On-Target Earnings: Anticipate earning between $100,000-$120,000.
    • Year 2 On-Target Earnings: Anticipate earning between $132,000-$152,000.

What You’ll Do As An Outside Sales Representative

  • Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions, including custom websites, SEO strategies, social media advertising, and more.
  • Proactively prospect and cold call within your assigned territory to build and expand your client base.
  • Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations to showcase Hibu’s solutions and value.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, earning residual income through high client retention rates.
  • Make a real and tangible impact by helping local businesses grow and thrive in the digital landscape.
