    • Uncapped Commissions: Earn residual commissions on your sales.
    • Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $90,000 – $100,000

What You’ll Do As An Outside Sales Representative

  • Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions (including websites, SEO, social ads, and more).
  • Actively prospect and cold call within your assigned territory to build and expand your client base.
  • Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations of Hibu’s solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and earn residual income through high client retention.
  • Make a tangible impact by helping local businesses grow and thrive in the digital landscape.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • A genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Sales or marketing internship experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
