Kohler Leadership Development Program – Operations & Supply Chain | Kohler Co.
The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at Kohler Co., located in Kohler, WI, requiring four days onsite. Kohler’s Leadership Development Programs are structured to accelerate the growth of future leaders through cross-functional experiences. This specific program aims to empower high-potential associates to explore diverse career paths, contribute to strategic priorities, and help shape the future of Operations and Supply Chain at Kohler, making an immediate and lasting impact across the business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Analysis: Analyze end-to-end processes, data, and material flows to identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with teams across plants, distribution centers, corporate functions, and business units to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods to standardize processes, reduce waste, improve reliability, and strengthen operational performance.
• Business Acumen Development: Develop technical and business acumen through project ownership, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and executive-level report outs.
• Leadership Exposure: Build leadership capability through hands-on exposure to frontline operations, including opportunities to understand team performance, daily management, and shop floor decision-making.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain no later than June 2027. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship. Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, co-ops, campus organizations, athletics, volunteer work, or prior work experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to use data to identify trends and recommend solutions, effective communication and collaboration skills to work across functions, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Bonus: Interest in building a career in operations and supply chain leadership, with flexibility to rotate across functions, teams, and U.S. operational sites.
