What You’ll Actually Do
• Property Quality: Inspect homes, identify service gaps, and coordinate improvements to enhance the resident experience and reliability.
• Operational Execution: Coordinate property launches, move-in preparation, turnovers, repairs, and vendor activities, ensuring tasks are completed.
• Business Performance: Analyze guest feedback, property ratings, operating costs, and revenue trends to recommend practical improvements.
• Homeowner Relationships: Help communicate property performance, maintenance needs, and the value Month2Month delivers to homeowners.
• Process Innovation: Identify repetitive work, test AI-enabled tools, and help build more efficient workflows with technology and operations teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, with a focus on business, economics, finance, engineering, hospitality, or other related disciplines.
• Experience: Early-career professional with a willingness to learn through hands-on work, including property visits and operational coordination. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local property visits. Prior property management experience is not required.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and sound judgment when working with customers, homeowners, and vendors.
• Bonus: Experience with spreadsheets, data analysis, AI tools, customer service, or operations.
