• Mission: To support crucial operational functions including emergency response, pre-construction surveying, project management, and program monitoring through administrative coordination, and system management.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Work across company functions to meet internal and external customer needs for emergency response, pre-construction surveying, project management, and program monitoring.
• Administrative Management: Perform office-based tasks such as data entry, system updating, timekeeping, and creating permit requests.
• Communication & Coordination: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and field employees, schedule field tasks, and interface with both company and contracted field personnel.
• System Utilization: Navigate and utilize various customer information and operational systems to accurately input, update, and modify customer or system-related information.
• Assignment Completion: Perform a variety of tasks and complete multiple assignments and projects, which may include technical assignments involving programming.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma, HSED, or GED required, along with knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an operational area.
• Experience: Proven ability to work under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Proficiency in data entry, system updating, managing customer and field employee communications, task scheduling, and creating permit requests. Ability to navigate and utilize various customer information and operational systems.
