What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Visualization: Work with clients to design, prototype, produce, and interpret data visualizations for various projects, providing detailed, actionable reports.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced data analytics, data mining, and AI/machine learning methods to solve problems, develop predictive models, and communicate complex conclusions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key business stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing business intelligence needs, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
• BI Solution Delivery: Lead proof of concept projects to test and adopt emerging BI and/or advanced data visualization tools, owning the end-to-end delivery of BI reporting and dashboards.
• Process Development: Support the development of change management processes and standard processes for defining data requirements, managing governance, and creating BI reports and dashboards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management. This is a Vice President-level role in operations & reporting or analytics.
• Experience: 10-12+ years in operations & reporting / analytics, preferably within Financial Services, Internal Audit, or other risk and control functions, with proven experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics programs.
• Skills: Ability to translate complex technical designs into simplified business language, proven track record in Management Information Reporting, strong experience with enterprise dashboard and reporting platforms, and expertise in metadata process, data lineage, and traceability repositories.
• Bonus: Professional certifications such as Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Alteryx Designer Core Certification, CIA, CISA, CPA, or CFSA; experience in Audit Issues Reporting, Audit Annual Planning; experience with leveraging AI capabilities.
