The Tone:
This is an Operations Internship at Monogram Health, with location options including hybrid or in-person in Brentwood, TN, or Tempe, AZ. Monogram Health is a leading multispecialty provider of in-home, evidence-based care for patients with multiple chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease. This internship provides a meaningful, hands-on experience to support Monogram Health’s core business and clinical operations, contributing to program development and clinical workflows. The role offers an opportunity to build skills, learn how a high-growth healthcare company operates, and gain exposure to multiple functions across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribution: Contribute to performance improvement, partnership, and strategic initiatives.
• Data Support: Support data gathering, analyses, and interpretation for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Research: Assist with research, competitive benchmarking, and market insights.
• Reporting: Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Participate in meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Presentation: Deliver a final presentation summarizing insights and contributions across all rotations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school or GED required, with current enrollment in an Undergraduate or Graduate program. Demonstrated interest in healthcare operations, partnerships, business strategy, analytics, or program management.
• Experience: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis fundamentals.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Bonus: MBA students or recent graduates are strongly preferred.
