TikTok Shop Partner Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop – US Operation) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok

The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. • Mission: Assist the TikTok Shop US Operations team in managing partner relationships, analyzing data, and supporting projects to scale content and creator commerce.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Google Sheets

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Management: Assist in building and maintaining cooperation links with TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs), expanding cooperation resources, and ensuring efficient daily docking.
• Partner Communication: Communicate daily with managed TSPs, respond to their needs in a timely manner, and maintain strong cooperative relations to ensure stable progress.
• Cooperation Tracking: Track the entire progress of TSP cooperation matters in real time, synchronize problems and latest dynamics with the team, and fully promote project implementation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Sort and analyze daily operation data for managed TSPs, including core indicators like GMV, and produce refined weekly or biweekly operation analysis reports.
• Project Support & Coordination: Perform data sorting, tracking, and visual presentation for TSP activities and policy incentives, and collaborate on project management, plans, and task node tracking.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in Marketing, Cross-Border E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing Operations, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven skills in Excel/Google Sheets; strong interest in e-commerce and the creator economy.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; strong learning ability, execution ability, and stress resistance; strong communication and coordination, resource integration, and project management abilities.
• Bonus: Internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce business with a solid understanding of the industry landscape; proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience in business analysis or operational reporting.
