What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Approval: Authorize transaction requests, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance for all operations.
• Exchange Management: Oversee multi-currency exchange processes, encompassing both traditional currencies and emerging digital assets.
• Market Analysis: Track real-time market data, identify prevailing trends, and provide actionable insights to inform exchange strategies.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines, verify client details, and maintain secure transaction records.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, finance, and operations teams to improve overall user experience and streamline operational workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a closely related academic field.
• Experience: An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data, understand various risk profiles, and make informed decisions. Demonstrated attention to detail is critical for ensuring accuracy in transaction approvals and currency exchange tasks.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting insights and information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tech-savvy with comfort navigating online platforms and a proven ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
