What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Aggregate and analyze trading data to inform future business decisions and identify actionable insights.
• Mitigate Risk: Identify and correct trade breaks to prevent the firm from financial risk exposure.
• Optimize: Improve the efficiency of the trade lifecycle through continuous process enhancements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with trading desks and other internal teams that support the firm’s trading businesses.
• Project Work: Engage in analytical projects such as trading and profit + loss analytics, automation of operational processes, and research of new business opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science, or a related major, with the intention to graduate within one year of the internship program.
• Experience: A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on analytical projects; no specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the business.
• Bonus: Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with Python, HTML, VBA, or SQL, a passion for financial markets, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to innovation.
