The Tone:
This is an accelerated, entry-level Global Graduate Management Trainee program at Reynolds American Inc., located in Winston-Salem, NC / Clarksville, TN. Reynolds American is a global multi-category business focused on creating A Better Tomorrow™ by Building a Smokeless World. This role is designed to fast-track early-in-career individuals within the Operations function, preparing them for Lead Manager positions with potential for international career growth across the BAT Group.

The TL;DR
• Role: Global Graduate Management Trainee (Early Career)
• Location: In-person Winston-Salem, NC / Clarksville, TN
• Team: Operations function comprising Manufacturing, Leaf, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement.
• Mission: To prepare early-in-career individuals for Lead Manager roles within a global Operations function by providing accelerated development and exposure across key areas.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Projects: Own initiatives to drive business and financial results across areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Safety, Quality, process optimization, and waste reduction.
• Delivery: Achieve high-quality outcomes through collaboration, accountability, and self-leadership.
• Analysis: Analyze operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Support: Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leadership: Lead a team, based on specific assignment requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, STEM, or a related field, for early-in-career individuals.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations or a related area, coupled with strong academic performance and relevant internship, practicum, or leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to develop and deliver data-driven presentations; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bonus: Exposure to IWS, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies; demonstrated leadership potential, business acumen, strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, a results-driven mindset, and willingness for global relocation.
